Little Seeds Early Learning Centre, Tugun

Little Seeds Early Learning Centre accommodates 80 children and includes five activity rooms along with a kitchen, staff room, office, reception and amenities. The project is located on a sloping site at Tugun and involved considerable site retaining and filling. An under-croft carpark with lower level entry and lift is provided for access to the main centre which is located on a suspended concrete slab above. Due to the centre being under the Gold Coast Airports flight path, high performance glazing and insulation along with acoustic fencing was provided.
