The Kollective, 116 Stuart St, Mullumbimby

The Kollective is a live/work community project located on the Northern Rivers of New South Wales. The project includes eight loft style dwellings designed specifically for like minded small business owners who live and work in the heart of Mullumbimby. The project included the upgrading of both Stuart Street and McCoughan’s Lane. Due to the location of the project being in Mullumbimby’s heritage district, the front building elevation needed to maintain the heritage character of the area.
