Rainforest Creek, Goonellabah

Rainforest Creek, located on Gordon Blair Drive in Goonellabah was developed by North Coast Community Housing to provide affordable housing for the area. The project consists of nine two bedroom units with one of those units being single storey and designed for persons with a disability.

The project is located on a sloping site and contains extensive communications and sewer easements, which the project needed to be designed around.

In addition to constructing the townhouses, extensive civil and external works were also carried out including the regeneration of bushland adjoining the neighbouring creek on the southern property boundary.
